Made on the Left - WA markets

Today I went along to the Made on the Left markets in Perth. Held in the State Theatre Centre in the CBD, it was a great location full of independent designers from WA.

Made on the Left is a not-for-profit organization founded in 2008 by independent designers to support Western Australian creative talent. The markets showcase products by local designers and are full of cute, irresistible bits and pieces! While O2wear didn't attend as we don't hand make our pieces, I love a good market and supporting local talent :)

I took a few photos so you can check it out below. Be sure to go along to their next event!

Eco friendly living

If you've been looking for some organic, eco-friendly alternatives for your wardrobe or your home, here are a few of our favourite stores:

Bamboo Village - for everything bamboo! There's such a great range of products here, from skateboards, to men's and women's clothing, even kitchen and home decor. The diversity and range of products just from bamboo is pretty amazing!

Try Biome for all sorts of reusable products that help to eliminate waste. Shop for green cleaning supplies, homewares and organic skin care just to name a few.

And for all your homeware needs, there are some great finds at Eco Chic. Their focus is on renewable, recyclable and Australian produced products.

Nourished Life is full of eco-friendly organic products for mind, body and soul. Irene has a great selection of products available online ranging from skin care, clothing and gifts.
